At long last Duke and Daisy are
ENGAGED! How did this happen you ask? Well...
Yesterday Bobby Beaver was looking for
Duke all over Kymer, word must have reach Duke because he met Bobby B. outside
the Jungle.
Bobby Beaver: DUKE!
Duke: Hello Bobby <wave>
Duke: I hear you wanted to see me?
Bobby Beaver: DUKE!
Duke: Something about a Gnu you have for me.
Bobby Beaver: No no, not a Gnu, a canoe, I've finished it for you so follow
me.
Duke: So you've really finished making me a canoe?
Bobby Beaver: <jump>
Duke: You're not playing silly games again are you?
Bobby Beaver: I wouldn't do that, I've learnt the error of my ways Duke
Duke: okay lets go<grin>
Bobby Beaver: Please, follow me and I'll show you!
We followed Bobby and Duke through the
Jungle, at this point Duke wanted to know how much farther they had to go as his
webs hurt.
Duke: Do we have far to go, my webs are beginning to ache?
Duke: wont fit all these people in one lil canoe hehe
Bobby Beaver: sorry your webs are aching
Bobby Beaver: it's not too far
Bobby Beaver: I promise
Bobby Beaver: come on <grin>
Duke: Wait!
Duke: Hold on, I think I saw a rare worm in the undergrowth.
Bobby Beaver: We don’t have time just keep following me.
After Bobby assured him not much farther,
the Jungle suddenly became dark, with millions of stars, and candles!
Soon, we found ourselves at the Jungle
beach, but no canoe? All of a sudden a wave
of darkness enveloped us!
Duke: So where's
the canoe, I don't see no canoe.
Bobby then led Duke to a secret beach
where sat...DAISY (in a very romantic setting I might add)!
Duke: So where's the canoe, I don't see no canoe.
Duke: DAISY <jump><jump>
Daisy: Dukie <grin>
Bobby Beaver: now is the time
Duke: it is
Daisy: Hi Bobby
Bobby Beaver: enjoy Duke <grin>
Daisy: Thanks for the Picnic
Duke: cough
Daisy: Qugs Dike
Duke: quiss<grin>
Daisy: Lovely Picnic
Duke: Daisy
Daisy: Yes Dukie?
Duke: Daisy since coming to Kymer many things have happened between us, some good and some not so good.
Duke: But my love for you has only got stronger each day we are together.
Duke: I cannot imagine my life without you by my side, I have been foolish on occasions and taken you for granted and almost lost you.
Duke: Daisy what I'm trying to say is will you
Duke: will you do me the greatest honour and be my wife.
Daisy then got VERY excited and started
jumping, and running, and jumping, and dancing....with JOY!
Daisy: WAIT!
Daisy: Duke my sweet little Duke, I hope you haven’t been at the worm cocktails again, are you really really asking me to marry you?
Duke: hmmm
Duke: Yes my sweet little ducky, more than anything in the world.
Daisy: <jump><jump><jump><jump><jump>
Daisy: My lovely Duke I have wanted to hear these words since the day we first met and my heart is now thumping like a million jungle drums, so yes I will marry you. <grin><grin><grin><grin>
At this point, Duke got VERY excited and
starting jumping, dancing...you get the picture.
He then presented Daisy with a beautiful
diamond ring, after which Bobby appeared, congratulated them and left them a
present.
Daisy: Oh Duke its Beautiful!
Bobby Beaver: congratulations! congratulations! CONGRATULATIONS!

Daisy: yes! <jump><jump>
Duke: for you my love<grin>
Bobby Beaver: congratulations! congratulations! CONGRATULATIONS! <jump><jump>
Daisy: Thank you Bobby!
Duke: thank you<grin>
Inside the box was a note.
Duke: Hmmm there is a note inside.
Daisy: What does it say my love?
Duke: If you are reading this then the news is good.
Duke: I have arranged a turf for you two to hold an engagement party for all your friends and relatives. BB.
Daisy: Aww that is so sweet of him to do that for us.
Duke: It sure is a lovely gesture, now I think I need a drink.
But before a toast could be made, it was
time for...THE KISS!
Daisy: quiss

Daisy: Queezers N Quisses! <jump>
Yes, I know, quite mushy... After the
kissing ceased everyone was invited to receive a souvenir of this wonderful day!
