- Brian McClair's Panel Pick 1: Everton 3-1 Southampton - 9/1 With Betovo
- Brian McClair's Panel Pick 2: Arsenal 2-2 Newcastle - 10/1 With Betovo
Throughout the season, Manchester United and Celtic legend Brian McClair will be giving his predictions for every Premier League match.
In four seasons at Celtic, Brian made 204 appearances in all competitions and scored 126 goals, securing the Scottish Premier League and Scottish FA Cup while finishing as top-scorer for the Hoops on four occasions.
His prolific goalscoring record quickly attracted the attention of clubs south of the border and in 1987, Brian became Alex Ferguson's first signing at Manchester United, going on to win four Premier League titles, two FA Cups and the European Cup Winners' Cup in his 11 years at Old Trafford.
Brian joins The Panel for the 2024/25 Premier League season to pass expert judgement and give his score predictions for all of the games whilst The Panel examine the football betting sites to find the best odds.
Watch him discuss the games below and keep an eye on how Brian and The Panel get on each week throughout the season.
Everton Vs Southampton, Sunday, 12pm
There will be emotional scenes as Goodison Park hosts its final Everton home game, with the club set to move to a new home at Bramley-Moore Dock for the 2025/26 season.
The Toffees ensured they will be playing Premier League football in their new stadium some weeks ago, so are looking to finish the season as strongly as possible.
In contrast, Southampton have endured one of the worst seasons in Premier League history and their relegation was confirmed some time ago, though they avoided the humiliation of recording the lowest-ever points tally which is currently held by Derby County.
Brian says: “This will be Everton’s 2,789th and final game at Goodison Park in all competitions.
“Following their 1-0 win at St Mary’s earlier in the campaign, Southampton are looking to complete the league double over Everton for the first time since the 1997/98 season.
“However, it’s bound to be an emotional day at the famous old stadium, and I expect the Blues to leave with a win.”

Arsenal Vs Newcastle, Sunday, 4.30pm
Arsenal head into their penultimate match of the season sitting second, while Newcastle are third in the table following their 2-0 win over Chelsea on Sunday.
A win for the Gunners against Newcastle at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday would effectively guarantee a second-placed finish for a third successive season.
But a win for Newcastle would see them move up into second heading into the final day of the season.
Brian says: “Newcastle have won three games against Arsenal this season, one in the Premier League as well as both legs of the League Cup semi-final, and no team has ever beaten the Gunners four times in a single campaign.
“Following their 1-0 win at St James’ Park in November, the Magpies are looking to complete their first league double over Arsenal since 1994/95.
“However, I think they will come up just short and the points will be shared on Sunday.”
